It is not at all easy to get a conventional college transformed into one with such outstanding performance in a revolutionary area like OER. We are looking forward to associate with ANDC on the Collaborative Undergraduate Biology Research (CUB Research) that is envisaged to "functionally network" 20,000 colleges in India. We expect to have 500 hubs like the ANDC across the country to facilitate rest of the colleges in collaborative undergraduate research (and Citizen Science) in the sprawling hinterlands of this vast country with a young population. So there are string connections. but if you look at the tools and at the concepts we describe you find a lot of what is very specific to OER and OEP. Thank you for your comments both!

In tihs sense, the contact with students is more relevant. The other day a coleague told me "¿why don't you try to promote student's participation by attachig the facebook link in the plataform?. I've discovered my conception of computer as a high - tec chalkboard. In México, still a great number of teachers think in CTI's only in terms of image for their educational institutions and they are good software consommers. Only a few are now thinking in design their own Educational Resources and share them in a knowledge community. To develop Digital Literacy Skills demands also Digital Utilization and Sharing Principles in my country. One problem with the site is that the terminology and grammar are extremely abstract--lacking any concrete words, examples, or mental snapshots to tell me exactly what you do. A way to parse your writing is to ask "Which reader will do what upon reading this word?" If readers will be puzzled and have to find different words to interpret the first word, then the writing lacks specificity. Is there a main thing you want every visitor to your site TO DO? Think in terms of saying ONLY what gets them a step toward that activity. And perhaps I've completely missed your intent.
