Thank you very much for registering. Below we have listed a number of questions which will help you to describe your institution’s or organisation’s position on openness, open educational resources and open learning environments. The self-assessment is based on an international model developed by UNESCO, ICDE, EFQUEL and a number of leading European institutions. The key concept we are looking at is how you combine OER with open learning concepts.

Once you have completed and submitted the self-assessment, OPAL offers detailed feedback through our expert reviewers. You will thus obtain a full learning report showing your achievements and areas for further improvement, everything, of course, confidential. For each item you can choose if it should be made public to other users of the portal or should remain private. However, we do encourage you to publish your achievements, to allow others to learn from them.
